Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted via:

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
Plagiarism is stirctly forbidden in any academic conference, the articles submitted should be original and unpublished.
Option 1: Publication in JCM. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and JCM editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Communications, which will be indexed by
Scopus, INSPEC, EBSCO, etc.
Option 2: Publication in JAIT. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and JAIT editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Advances in Information Technology, which will be indexed INSPEC; EBSCO; ULRICH's Periodicals Directory; WorldCat; CrossRef; Genamics JournalSeek; Google Scholar; etc.
Option 3: For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days.
Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Papers should be with at least 4 pages.
